WHAT DOES AFTER-SALES SERVICE MEAN IN REGARDS TO SPARE PARTS? When ordering your machine or tool from DK-TEC, we guarantee that you can find and buy service and spare parts that match the exact model. This apply for ALL of our tools and machines.
HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SPARE PARTS FOR MY MACHINE OR TOOL? When you receive your machine or tool, you will also receive a scan code that can be scanned with any smartphone with a camera. When you scan this code, you will automatically enter the product page for your specific product. Here you will find all the spare parts at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the scan code, you can always find your machine at DK-TEC.dk.

DELIVERY
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? For items ordered and paid for before 14 on a working day, it applies that DK-TEC commits to dispatch the goods on the following working day. Goods ordered at a later time than stated - or in connection with the weekend, as well as Danish public holidays, are sent after two working days at the latest.
Delivery within EU generally takes 5-10 working days.
For goods that must have a bracket welded on, it applies that these must be ordered before 12 on a weekday if it is to be ensured that the item is dispatched the next weekday.
WHAT DOES DELIVERY COST? The delivery price depends on which goods you buy. If you buy more than one item, you do not have to pay delivery for all of them, but only for the item with the highest delivery price.

CAN YOU HELP FIND THE RIGHT TOOL FOR MY TRACTOR/SKILL LOADER/ATV? Yes, of course!
We are more than happy to help you find exactly the tool that you need.
We cannot boast of knowing all types and models of tractors, skid steer loaders, ATVs, etc., but in the vast majority of cases we can easily find the right implements based on a thorough knowledge of dimensions, HK requirements , etc.
CAN YOU REPAIR MY MACHINE/TOOL? If your machine/tool is broken upon delivery or turns out to have defects, we will of course make sure to carry out the necessary repairs!
Unfortunately, we cannot offer to carry out regular repairs, annual service, etc., but we are more than happy to advise you on how to do it yourself. You can e.g. find a lot of guides here (insert link) In addition, we guarantee that you can ALWAYS find spare parts for the products you have purchased from DK-TEC. This of course applies in the entire lifetime of the machine.

We make a point of recording videos where we show how you use our various tools/machines. However, we have not yet covered all the products in the range.If you still have questions about the use of our products, we are more than happy to help you.
